  4.         The  Captain  Sheet  Maker  provides  a  convient  way of recording
  5.  strings bowled while at the bowling center by generating "lane sheets"  as
  6.  shown below:

  41.         These  lane sheets  contain Bowler  Names, Averages,  Handicaps and
  42.  places  to  record  strings  bowled   by  each  team  member.  Later  this
  43.  information can be taken from the  Captain Sheet and entered into BowlStat
  44.  
  45.         To generate a Captain  Sheet,  enter  responses  to  the  following
  46.  BowlStat prompts:

  48.  Team 1 Name:

  51.         Enter  a  name  of a team currently in the team database. This Team
  52.  will apprear at the top of Captain Sheet.
  53.

  55.  Lane  Number:

  58.         Enter the lane number that Team 1 is to bowl on.  BowlStat  assumes
  59.  this  to  be  the  number of the left lane on a pair of lanes. If the lane
  60.  number is not known, press the "Enter" or "Return"  key  with  no  number.
  61.  BowlStat  will  substitute  "______".   This  allows the lane number to be
  62.  manually entered at a later date.

  64.          If Team 2 Name is entered, BowlStat  will  automatically  calulate
  65.  the lane number based on the following:
  66.  
  67.       1) Team 1 lane number + 1
  68.       2) Team 1 lane number =  "_____" then Team 2 lane number =  "_____"

  74.         Enter  the team name of oposition to the team entered above.  Press
  75.  the "Enter" or "Return" key with no name if only one team is to appear  on
  76.  the Captain Sheet.

  79.  Round Averages? (Y/N):

  82.         Averages  can  be  actual or rounded to the nearest whole pin.  The
  83.  default is to have actual averages printed - a response of "N".   To  have
  84.  averages  rounded  to  the nearest pin, enter "Y" and press the "Enter" or
  85.  "Return" key. For example:

  94.         The  order of the bowlers on the Captain Sheet can be sorted either
  95.  alpabetically or based average.  The default is by average,  from  low  to
  96.  high  (the  "anchor"  bowler  having  the  highest average).  To print the
  97.  names alphabetically, press "N" and the "Enter" or "Return" key.
